 The "TIME TO FLY" journal experience is part of the REMIND w/Michala programs, specifically designed for the   sensitive, soul-led solopreneur who wants to experience more EMOTIONAL freedom and flow, and am willing to
dive deep to get to the root cause so that you get to transform your old stories and limiting beliefs.

How it works


The "Time To Fly" journal, is a 3 part easy accessable process that you can do at your own pace.

 

You will be guided through the following process:
 

1. Call yourself home

2. Call yourself forth

3. Draw your new story
 

Don’t worry if you cannot draw.

 

If you can hold a pen to paper, you are good to go, and you will get an easy to follow template.

Drawing your future is not about pretty, or perfect but for you to have some fun along your journey and to make it memorable + drawing is a great way to get your subconscious mind onboard your conscious desire.

What you get

1. The 3 part "Time To Fly" process for you to download as a journal

2. One 60 minutes 1:1 Zoom Call with Michala

3. Access to the REMIND FB group for support.

Part 1
This is a set of inquires that will have you dig deep and uncover the real emotions that are keeping you stuck.

This goes beyond the more superficial triggers that we all get to feel, especially if we feel under pressure, for example outbursts of anger, or feeling sad.

Part 2
Once you've identified the underlying emotions which is keeping you stuck, it is time to release them and reprogram your mind.

You will be doing so, by creating a "release statement" and then by implementing a set of Daily Doable practices

+ suggestions for new skills sets that will help reprogram your mindset.

Part 3

This is the fun part, although personal transformation is serious business, it always helps to add a bit of fun to it.

You'll be amazed at just how powerful it is to draw your future.

Either north of Copenhagen in Michala's home, or in the south of Zealand in the tiny "Get Back To Nature",

where you will be on your own but get additional support from Michala.
