With over 30 years of experience within the aromatherapeutic field, I like to think of essential oils (aromatherapy) as nature's little helpers, as I have witnessed just how powerful these oils can be when you apply them correctly.

But here's the thing, if you want essential oils to truly work for you, you've got to know what it is that you want them to do for you which is why, I like to offer an aromatherapeutic session to uncover what your goals are be that physically, mentally, or emotionally.

Based on my many years of experience with essential oils, I can help guide you and make you  a customized aromatherapeutic blend that will meet your specific needs.

​

As I mostly work with quite sensitive people, i.e. artists and writers and anyone who feel a little extra sensitive, I've come to place lot of emphasis on nervous system regulation in my work aromatherapy being no exception. 

In other words, I don't do just any blends just to make it smell wonderful (although it can help), I specialize in customizing a blend for you that will:

1. Increase your emotional and energetic well-being

2. Help regulate your nervous system so that you feel more grounde

3. Promote flow through the meridian system

How it works

​

You can either choose to have your session in-house with Michala in Denmark, or you can choose an online session through zoom.

​

What you get:

​

1. Preparatory sheet to help uncover your goals

2. An aromatherapeutic consultation with Michala (app. 60 minutes)

3. A 10 ml. roller customized aromatherapeutic blend
    

You will be guided how to best make use of the oil, including how to apply for specific acupressure points, or chakra centers which will enhance the effect of your blend.
